I never knew how to layer the sounds but as soon as it was mentioned and explained in this video, I immediately pulled up Kontakt and tried it and the very first thing I came up with sounded amazing. I'm SO excited for this! Kontakt is absolutely my favorite plugin. It's not only what it can do and how powerful its libraires are but it's also the fact that it's so much fun to use, it makes me want to keep working and try new things every day. It gets me excited about music like no other plugin.

I love his accent but he sounds like he's trying to sound American.😅😅

If i use 16 outs for drums, can i still add more outs for different instruments?

Alot of what is shown here either doesn't exist or doesn't work in version 7.10.5. Adding multi instruments doesn't work with the pin, you have to click on empty space in the rack. There is no tab to switch to older view. Would be nice to have an updated video which reflects the current version.

I really like using MONARK and FM8; Monark is so simple, yet so effective and Fm8 is just soooo fun to play around with. Super 8 is great too. 🤙

Why are your products so expensive? It's a common theme in the music industry of VST's and equipment costing alot of money, but are you guys that quality?

What happend when it doesn´t show any output when i follow the steps. it olnly shows #1 (st.1) and not any of the # numbers and out. Should i reinstall Kontakt or how else can i fix it? THX

Hello, I ask for help I bought the Z2 (I connected two turntables + Timecode Vinyl via Chinch) everything works perfectly, but the two Rel/Intl buttons don't turn orange when I press them 😢 And I read that you have to set it to Chinch to scratch Have I connected something wrong or do I need to change something in the settings in Traktor? Thanks

How do I get the plugin to save my browser view? When I go through the presets and choose a certain one by criteria and then use other plugins, it always goes back to the standard browser view with ALL the presets instead of those I filtered before. So basically, it throws me out of my folder everytime. What can I do about this?

I love both of these. I use them any chance I get.

Hi I have been enjoying Kontakt but today, I've just had to reboot my pc after fixing it and couldn't get Kontakt to work inside the DA W- Reaper 7.15. I've not had issues before. I downloaded all I needed from my NI account page and checked finding Kontakt 7 works as a standalone - but won't load in the DAW. I checked the file path C:/User/common files/ kontakt - the files are there. I checked VST3 files and there too, yet even though I've set the path I only see reactor, Ruam and Guitar Rig - not Kontakt player. I shall try again, but i don't get it. Any thoughts?

How can I add it to Logic Pro as a plug-in? I've followed the instructions and I can't get it right, the "instruments" button of the last steps doesn't appear anywhere

Eight years after its release, my first Maschine Jam (used) from Guitar Center is set to arrive on 2 July 2024. I own the Maschine MK3 and the Komplete Kontrol S 49 MK2, so I'm excited to get my hands on the Maschine Jam. This was an excellent video, and it got me even more excited to learn more about the unit so that I'm ready to put it to work the moment it arrives. Finally, yes, I know this is a 7y/o thread, but I wanted to add my voice to the record regarding this amazing music-making kit, which is becoming increasingly challenging to find out in the wild.

I love cubase but my work flow is faster when using maschine why cant I use my new kontrol s61 with my maschine to build a beat then add later in cubase or reason.please say you guys are solving this I feel I bought the kontrol for nothing. I spent alot on my maschine, komplete ultimate 14 and tons of expansions for maschine and then I buy kontrol s61 and still no maschine support 😢

May I ask why the drag and drop instrument feature is not commoly promoted in cubase?

Got the x1 mk3 and the komplete audio 6. I set up as described in video but get no headphones cue out. In headphones I always listen “master output”. I tried to setup out 3/4 for output and 1/2 for monitor. It works but this situation is bit strange. Can you help me? Thanks

I’ve just bought this bundle … I’m struggling with it … I don’t see the difference between the 2 and it’s just full of untuned SFX sounds … hopefully this video will help 😮

This is an amazing tool for an intermediate or advanced user. Even if you don't own a Traktor DJC you can use this with any controller with Traktor mapping. Though the cost looks steep if you consider that it is available with Traktor Pro 3 and a 50 dollars disc, at around 250 USD, it is good value.

Hey There, i haven't got the $ to buy MK2 or Mk 3 yet and still using MK1. Unfortunately it's only coming up with : KOMPLETE KONTROL S49 Port 1 or OMPLETE KONTROL S49 Port 2 in the remote devices komplete control series midi input and output drop-down. It doesn't have the KK DAW -1 option :( It also only has (KOMPLETE KONTROL S49 Port 1 or OMPLETE KONTROL S49 Port 2) available in the Midi port setup page as well to make visible or in "all midi" checkboxes. What can i do to alleviate this problem? i've made sure i downloaded and installed the latest driver for the MK1 using the firmware updater downloaded from NI. it works controlling the Komplete control environment, but doesn't seem to change/switch when i change whichever instrument i'm working with. I used to just press reset and auto speed fast in older versions of cubase and it would rectify the problem. But those older versions also showed the DAW -1 )

As a harpist, I have to say you came to a very nice rendition of the Celtic harp's character and articulations. Would be great to have an "open pedal" sample like on NI's piano samples, so that the natural sympathetic resonances could be emulated. No one seems to have ventured there with harp samples so far.
